Size 1- General guideline,

For women below 30 and has not given vaginal birth
Volume 16 ML below air holes and 28 ML to the brim, diameter 42 mm, cup + stem 76 mm, stem length 24 mm

Size 2 - General guideline,

For women above 30 and/or has given vaginal birth
Volume 20 ML below air holes and 34 ML to the brim, diameter 46 mm, cup + stem 80mm, stem length 24 mm

Lola has a low cervix and found that while the Diva cup was too long and firm for her, the Mermaid Guppy was a better fit. On her heavier days she has to empty more but prefers the comfort of the Mermaid cup.

Madeline has a medium or average length cervix. She started her cup journey with the Lena cup in the size large (regular). It is perfect except for the occasional pressure on her bladder. The Lena Sensitive cup in the size large has fixed that!

Hannah has a high cervix and a heavy flow. Currently the Merula XL is her best fit. Days when she is more swollen and tender she opts for Ziggy by Intimina. Ziggy is a menstrual disc and Hannah hasn't had a lot of practice with it but likes the lack of suction for those days when her cup is uncomfortable.
